TERMS OF PURCHASE
When you have made your purchase with us, you have accepted our terms of purchase. It is therefore important that you read through these and understand what is meant. If you are unsure about something, please contact us before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right for any errors regarding price and texts in store and webshop.
We have a stock quantity for each product. If for some reason the item you ordered is still not available, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.
In summary, we process your personal data for:
· Administration of your purchase or order on the webshop,
· Communicate with you in writing in connection with purchases, e.g. send order confirmation and reviews about your purchase,
· Fulfill legal obligations such as the right of withdrawal, complaints and the Accounting Act.
Complaint
The right to complain is regulated by the Consumer Purchase Act. A complaint is when you as a consumer discover a fault with a product that you have purchased. Presentation of a receipt for the purchase is unavoidable.
You as a customer have the right to complain about a product within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered, normally this is considered to be within two months.
It is important to point out that the right of complaint only applies to faults that were present on the product when it was delivered to you. If you as a customer yourself caused the fault or if the fault occurs later due to normal wear and tear or incorrect use, then the right to complain does not apply.
This means that you as a customer should not wait too long to complain about the product without losing your right to complain. Contact us as soon as possible. You will find our contact information here .
When you advertise an item at Unique4, the store can fix the error at no cost to you. If the store is not able to repair the error or if it would be too costly, then as a customer you have the right to cancel the purchase and have Unique4 refund the money for all or part of the purchase price, or if possible deliver a new item.
It is important to highlight that the right to complain does not apply if the fault in the product has arisen because of you. Unique4 has the right to make its own assessment and a deduction from the refund.
Right of exchange, right of withdrawal and open purchase
Unique4 offers a 14-day right of exchange upon presentation of a receipt and according to an agreement with one of our salespeople in the store, the item must be in new condition and unused in its original packaging so that the item can be resold. Presentation of a receipt for the purchase is unavoidable. Contact us by phone or email or come into the store.
Right of withdrawal & open purchase gives you the right to cancel the purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving the item. This is always done in consultation with one of the sellers from Unique4, presentation of a receipt for the purchase is unavoidable. Contact us by phone or email or come into the store.
Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping for orders over SEK 5,000. For purchases below the amount, shipping is added. We work with shipping companies and base their pricing on measurements, weight and delivery (city or home). You can see your shipping cost in your order.
Ordered goods are delivered to a collection point in the town or home delivery, you make the choice on our website. Notification takes place via SMS, email or avi.
The goods are normally delivered 5-10 days after your order. Some goods weighing more than 40 kg require special handling to be delivered. Contact us for a price and we will help you get your goods home in the best way!
It is also possible to pick up your ordered goods in our store, this costs nothing extra.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the time the item is delivered, but it does not apply to sale or discounted items. You can only return or exchange unused goods. Call or send an email as soon as possible. You as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost for exchanging or returning. Normally it takes about 5-7 days from the time we receive your return before you receive a refund.
Complaint
If an item should be mis-shipped or should have a defect, you will of course get your money back, we are responsible for any return shipping. Call or send an email as soon as possible and return the item to us immediately. Should the carton or packaging be damaged at the time of delivery, report it immediately at the delivery point or ask them to make a note of this before you receive the goods.
Payment
Prices in store and on the webshop are stated in SEK and include VAT 25%. You can easily pay with Nets easy, Klarna, card or Swish.
When purchasing from the webshop, you as a customer are responsible for ensuring that billing information and delivery information are correctly filled in when making a purchase.
Fake orders or fake payments made with stolen data or stolen debit and credit cards are reported to the police! We log all purchases and they can be traced back to the person who made the order.
